The session will discuss draft guidance recently released by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) and will also draw on experiences of other regulators such as the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) in connection with their requirements for federally regulated financial institutions.
