An article written by Morrison Foerster's Global Antitrust team has been shortlisted by Concurrences for the Antitrust Writing Awards 2023 under the "Best Business Articles" in the "Mergers" category.

The article, co-authored by Jeff Jaeckel, Marie-Claire Strawbridge, Thomas McQuail, and Vishal Mehta, discussed aggressive UK/U.S. enforcements and increased skepticism of remedies, following the collapse of the proposed Cargotec and Konecranes $5 billion merger.
