NEW YORK, November 22, 2022 – Leading international law firm Proskauer is pleased to announce that Steven H. Holinstat, Co-Head of the Firm's Fiduciary Litigation Group, has been elected a Fellow by The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Fellows are chosen based on their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching and participating in bar activities.

As part of Proskauer's Litigation Department, Steven has handled complex, high-profile matters for more than two decades that have resulted in hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries. He has a broad and diverse background in all aspects of high-stakes commercial litigation and has been the lead litigator in a number of high-net-worth trust and estate matters. Key to his success is his reputation for being adept at intervening and resolving challenging disputes before they escalate into full-blown litigation.

"I am honored to be elected by the Board of Regents to ACTEC alongside this diverse group of Fellows," said Steven. "This is a recognition I do not take lightly and I look forward to working with everyone at ACTEC to improve and reform probate, trust and tax laws and procedures."
