Are there any provisions of law which deal with multi-party disputes?
Sweden

Answer ... The Arbitration Act in principle contains no provisions on the subject of multi-party proceedings. In the absence of an agreement, a party generally cannot be forced into proceedings with more than two parties. The Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Rules include provisions regarding multi-party disputes.
