Enforcement of awards
Are awards enforced in your jurisdiction? Under what procedure?

Answer ... Domestic awards are enforceable once the court issues a declaration to this effect. The court may reject an application for enforcement of an award if it finds that the subject matter is not arbitrable or that the award violates ordre public.

Foreign awards are enforceable when recognised by the court (Slovenia is a party to the New York Convention). The party applying for enforcement of an award shall supply the original award or a copy thereof. Additionally, the court may request that a party provide an original or certified copy of the arbitration agreement.
