Are awards enforced in your jurisdiction? Under what procedure?
Austria

Answer ... Pursuant to Section 614 of the ACCP, the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards is governed by the Austrian Enforcement Code to the extent that international law or legal acts of the European Union do not apply. As set out in questions 6 and 7, Austria has ratified the New York Convention, the European Convention on International Commercial Arbitration and several bilateral agreements. Also, with respect to investment arbitration, Austria has ratified the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes Convention.
