Act implementing AMLD in the Polish domestic regulation

Act of 1 March 2018 of the Money Laundering was published in the Journal of Laws on 12 April 2018. Consequently, the Act will enter into force on 13 July 2018, whereas the provisions concerning Beneficial Ownership will take effect on 13 October 2019.
