On Wednesday, January 20th, 2016, the Federal Official Gazette published the Resolution by means of which the Energy Regulatory Commission modifies the NOM-EM-005-CRE-2015, petroliferous quality specs and issues an explanatory note related to the Cetane index of imported diesel.
Likewise, the Resolution by means of which the Energy Regulatory Commission issues the General Administrative provisions which establish the normative bases to authorize inspection units of the electricity industry in the areas of generation, transmission and distribution of electricity, the procedure applicable to inspections and the operating conditions of the inspection units was published.
Additionally, the Resolution by means of which the Energy Regulatory Commission issues the General Administrative provisions in the field of verification and inspection of the electricity industry in the areas of generation, transmission and distribution of electricity.
