On November 4th, 2015, the Federal Official Gazette published the Resolution number RES/684/2015 by means of which the Energy Regulatory Commission issues the General Administrative Provisions applicable to the rendering of hydrocarbons pipeline transportation and storage services.
These provisions set forth the criteria and procedures for the rendering of pipeline transportation and storage services for oil, unprocessed natural gas, and dry natural gas directly from the fields, which take place after the gathering and before the Gas Processing Centers and/or refineries.
