On 20th September, the Malta Financial Services Authority issued
a circular addressed to persons involved in DLT asset activity and
services. It serves the purpose of collecting data in relation to
DLT asset activity and services in or from within Malta and as
notification for the purposes of Article 62 of the Virtual
Financial Assets Act. The form includes questions covering the type of
activity undertaken, or service provided, as well as supplementary
information related to such activity or service.
