The Department of Jobs, Enterprise & Innovation has launched a consultation on a review of the Industrial & Provident Societies Acts 1893 to 2014 and a link to that consultation is below.
The Company Law & Regulatory Committee is available to assist any members who would like to raise issues on any aspect of the existing legislation and areas for reform.
Members should feel free to contact Sarah Colfer (scolfer@bdo.ie) to avail of the assistance of the Committee in compiling a submission to the Department.
