The New EU Procurement Directives were approved by the EU Parliament on 11 February 2014 and were published in the Official Journal of the European Union today, Friday 28 March 2014.

The text of the Directives can be found here.

The Directives will come into force on 17 April 2014 and must be implemented by Member States by 17 April 2016.
