The annual employment tribunal statistics have been published by the Ministry of Justice and show that between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2012 there was a 15% decrease in the number of claims issued. Of the 110,800 claims disposed of by the Tribunals, only 12% were successful. 33% were conciliated via ACAS and 27% were withdrawn.
