Another false alarm.

The U.S. Supreme Court was supposed to decide last Friday (November 30) whether to review three lower-court decisions addressing whether Title VII prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

The Court's consideration was postponed. According to last night's Bloomberg BNA Daily Labor Report, the Court decided to consider whether to review the decisions this coming Friday, December 7. But according to tonight's Daily Labor Report, the Court has removed the decisions from its schedule yet again, which means it won't consider reviewing them until 2019.

Don't go away! On second thought, feel free to go away, and I'll call you when there's something to report.
