Mr. Solis will be a panelist on the "Launching a CLO Platform" panel and will discuss attracting investors and infrastructure options to support the platform. Ms. Festa will moderate the panel "Successful CLO Management Strategies and Structures in the Current Environment," in which panelists will address how to handle and delegate tactical discretion between equity and debt, whether to allow for a short component, operations considerations in the current environment and how strategy and structure may influence operational costs. Mr. Burke will be a panelist on the panel "How to Construct a CLO: Building a Portfolio and Negotiating Documents." discussing key structural and legal features of deals, mechanics of portfolio construction, and credit investment strategies. Ms. Bridcut will participate as a panelist on the "Opportunities and Obstacles in the Global CLO Market" panel and will explore global demand for US CLOs, distinctions between the US and European CLO markets, how Europe is managing risk retention, and the European regulatory landscape, among other topics.

The CLO Summit is an educational forum designed for investors, issuers, underwriters, rating agencies, lawyers and accountants. The conference will serve as an opportunity where a meaningful dialogue can be opened to address concerns regarding this dynamic segment of Asset-Backed Finance. It will be held November 28-30 at the Monarch Beach Resort in Dana Point, CA.
