Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC has released a revised version of its Public Service Commission Laws and Regulations and A Compilation of Kentucky Public Utility Laws. Public Service Commission Laws and Regulations is an electronic application that contains the statutes (KRS Chapter 278) and regulations (Title 807 of the Kentucky Administrative Regulations) that govern the operation of public utilities and that are enforced by the Kentucky Public Service Commission. In addition to these statutes and regulations, A Compilation of Kentucky Public Utility Laws contains the statutes that govern various types of utilities including municipal utilities, water districts, and rural electric cooperatives as well as pertinent sections of the Kentucky Open Records and Open Meetings Acts and the Special Purpose Governmental Entities Act. Both applications are intended as quick and easy reference tools for use with desktop computers and mobile computing devices. They reflect statutes and regulations in effect as of August 7, 2018.
