The National Futures Association ("NFA") amendments to the disclosure document that
broker-dealers send to customers who trade in security futures
products will become effective on October 12, 2018.
As
previously covered, the proposed amendments would update the
text of the Risk Disclosure Statement required by
NFA Compliance Rule 2-30(b).
