The FDIC proposed retiring 374 risk management
supervision-related financial institution letters
("FILs") issued between 1995 and 2017. The FDIC stated
that the specified FILs are "outdated" or "convey
regulations or other information that is still in effect but
available elsewhere on the FDIC's website."
Comments must be received by October 10, 2018.
