FINRA  filed with the SEC a proposed change to FINRA Rule 7730 (Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine ("TRACE")) to establish fees for (i) the TRACE Security Activity Report, and (ii) the End-of-Day TRACE Transaction File.

The TRACE Security Activity Report is a monthly report that will provide aggregated statistics by security for TRACE-eligible corporate and agency bonds. The End-of-Day TRACE Transaction File will allow market participants to receive all transaction information for TRACE-eligible corporate and agency bonds disseminated throughout the day in a single file available at the end of each trading day.

FINRA is proposing to establish a $750 fee per month for each report ($250 per month for qualifying tax-exempt organizations). Subscribers to FINRA's Real-Time Data Feed will not be charged an additional fee to receive the End-of-Day File for the feeds to which they have subscribed.

FINRA filed the proposed change for immediate effectiveness.
