EB-5 stakeholders are abuzz today with news that the Regional
Center program will be extended through May 5, 2017 with a clean CR unveiled late yesterday. However, as
we discussed earlier, unrelated issues are still affecting
legislative compromise to keep the U.S. government open (and thus
the Program ongoing) as Democrats may provoke a shutdown in
opposition to a planned health care vote.
