FINRA Enforcement Chief J. Bradley Bennett will leave FINRA early next year. Deputy Head of Enforcement Susan Schroeder was named Acting Head of Enforcement.
Mr. Bennett joined FINRA as its Executive Vice President and Chief of Enforcement in January 2011. Prior to joining FINRA, Mr. Bennett worked at Baker Botts, where he specialized in financial and securities law. He also worked at the SEC as a senior attorney in the Division of Enforcement.
