The Investment Company Institute ("ICI") Board of Governors elected William F. "Ted" Truscott to serve as ICI Chair for a one-year term. The Board also elected a "slate of Governors" that includes four new ICI Board members. As Chair, Mr. Truscott will preside over the Board of Governors, the governing body of the Institute, and the Executive Committee of the Board.
