On February 24, 2016, the U.S. Department of Labor released a proposed rule to implement President
Obama's September 7, 2015 Executive Order requiring federal contractors
to provide paid sick leave to employees. The rule is scheduled to
be published in the Federal Register on February 25, 2016.
