2015 was a record-high year for law firms as the number of mergers within the industry increased yet again. Pennsylvania represented nearly 11% of the mergers throughout the country and Fox Rothschild LLP led the pack in the Keystone State.
Fox Rothschild was mentioned as having the largest merger of any firm in Pennsylvania this past year with its acquisition of the Minneapolis-based law firm of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly. The move strengthens Fox Rothschild's footprint in the Upper Midwest and will go into effect January 4, 2016.
