On Tuesday, gaming machine maker AMI Entertainment Network Inc. successfully avoided a suit over its liability for breaking contracts with Galaxy Products & Services Inc.

Ronald Shaffer, partner with Fox Rothschild LLP, who represents AMI, said that the judge, "properly enforced a contractual limitation of liability provision."
