In the May 1, 2015, Federal Register, APHIS announced
receipt of a petition requesting to amend regulations to specify
ethologically appropriate standards researchers must adhere to in
order to promote the psychological well-being of nonhuman primates
used in research, and solicited comments on the petition.
Comments are due June 30, 2015.
