On April 9, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security
("DHS") met with China's Minister of Public
Security, Guo Shengkun, in an effort to increase law
enforcement cooperation between the United States and China. The
two agreed to increase information-sharing between the two
countries in an effort to combat intellectual property theft and
focus on "cross-border, cyber-enabled crime."
