The Family Court has amended the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Specifically, the Court has amended Rules 200 – 222 and 500 – 508. Rules 200 – 222
relate to child dependency, neglect and or abuse proceedings; and
Rules 500 – 508 related to the Delaware Child Support Formula. The
amendments became effective on April 20, 2015.
