Jeffrey S. Kravitz was featured in the Daily Journal article, "2015 Top IP Attorneys." Full text can be found in the April 22, 2015, issue, but a synopsis is noted below.

The U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge sided with Jeffrey Kravitz and his team in a recent case regarding copyright issues with a teen television series.

The writers of a television script sued because they thought another set of writers stole their main plot idea. Kravitz stated that, "the underlying claim was a copyright claim, with the people behind 'Student Teacher' claiming Thunderbird stole their script."

Kravitz won the case because he convinced the judge that his clients' script did not infringe any copyrights. Therefore the judge dismissed the complaint.
