Scott L. Vernick and John A. Wait were featured in the Law360 article, "Chobani CEO's Deal With Ex-Wife in Ownership Spat OK'd." Full text can be found in the April 14, 2015, issue, but a synopsis is below.

A New York judge has approved a settlement between Chobani Inc. founder and CEO Hamdi Ulukaya and his ex-wife in a case over her disputed 53 percent stake in the yogurt company.

Ulukaya's ex-wife had been locked in a battle with her former husband since 2012 over a handwritten note she said gave her a 53 percent stake in Euphrates Inc., the company from which Chobani was eventually spun off, in return for $500,000.

Euphrates is represented in the case by Scott L. Vernick and John A. Wait.
