Clinton David was quoted in the Law360 article, "Texas Firms Find Midwest Culture Makes Tie-Ups Natural Fit."  Full text can be found in the March 30, 2015, issue, but a synopsis is below.

Recently, law firms across the country have been expanding to Texas and other Midwest locations. The friendly, client-focused service allows for seamless merging and a sense of unity.

Fox Rothschild recently acquired 18 lawyers after merging with a Dallas firm this past September. The merger continues to be great since it started. Fox Rothschild's own Clinton David attributes this to the cultural characteristics of the two locations.

David says the firm tries to cross geographic boundaries when possible in order to create more seamless mergers like Dallas. He goes on to say, "There's a leadership culture of collaboration. I don't know so much if it's regional, but I really believe it's a matter of leadership structure and the message leadership sends downstream. It's up to others to follow that lead and be successful."

The ultimate goal for Fox Rothschild is to help grow its practices by creating an environment where everyone helps one another, which ultimately generates integration and success for the whole firm.
