That data is often relevant and even necessary to legal cases as companies take their competitive battles from the research labs and consumer markets to the courtroom. That's when having a strategy for storing and accessing electronic data becomes essential. Joshua Hummel heads Fox Rothschild's relatively new e-discovery office and also writes from and manages the blog The E-Discovery Stage. He spoke with U.S. News & World Report.
