Jeffrey Sultanik was quoted in the 69 News article "Whitehall-Coplay SB Resolves to Aid Development of Former Lehigh Valley Dairy Site."  Full text can be found in the March 10, 2015, issue, but a synopsis is below.

In an effort to eventually increase the school district's tax revenue and encourage development of MacArthur Road's long-abandoned 10-acre Lehigh Valley Dairy site, the Whitehall-Coplay School Board passed a joint resolution Monday evening approving state tax increment financing to encourage investment and development of the parcel.

According to school district solicitor Jeffrey Sultanik of Blue Bell, the school board's resolution is a joint one, requiring not only Whitehall Township's approval, but eventually the county's as well.

He pointed out the property has needed development support for many years, primarily because demolishing the former dairy headquarters will be an expensive undertaking, due to its extremely thick walls and sizable structure.

"We think this will be enough to market the property to interested developers," said Sultanik.
