Robert Gundlach was quoted in The Intelligencer article, "Plan Moves Forward To Replace 'Eyesore' in Warrington." Full text can be found in the December 9, 2014, issue, but a synopsis is below.

Warrington supervisors unanimously agreed to allow further proceedings on a proposal to replace Malcolm's gas station with a three-story, climate-controlled self-storage building.

Jonathan Manley, principal of Manley Storage Ventures, plans to build a 30,000 square-foot building on the site.

Robert Gundlach Jr., Manley's attorney, explains the land development plan should be submitted within 45 days, and that they hope to start construction this spring.

Supervisors gave preliminary approval to another project represented by Gundlach named Highgrove Manor, a 107 townhome, mixed-use commercial space and office development.
