Amaya Gaming Group Inc. announced the completion of its total acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of privately held Oldford Group Limited, the parent company of Isle of Man-headquartered Rational Group Ltd. and the owner and operator of the PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker brands, in an all-cash transaction of $4.9 billion, which includes certain deferred payments and is subject to customary adjustments of the purchase prices.
