In November 2013, Gail A. Weilheimer and Steven C. Tolliver were elected to serve as Judges in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas. Both were sworn in the first week of January and are now sitting in Family Court.

Weilheimer and Tolliver filled vacancies that arose as a result of the death of Judge Hodgson and Judge Tilson reaching the mandatory retirement age. Now Montgomery County is back to a full complement of 23 Judges and 5 senior judges.  There are 5 divisions in the Court.

The Judges currently assigned to the Civil Division are: Bernard A. Moore – Equity, Thomas M. Del Ricci, Thomas C. Branca, Thomas P. Rogers and Richard P. Haaz.

The Judges currently assigned to the Criminal Division are: William J. Furber Jr. – President Judge, William R. Carpenter, Steven T. O'Neill,        Garrett D. Page, Carolyn T. Carluccio, Wendy Demchick-Alloy, Gary S. Silow and Cheryl L. Austin.

The Judges currently assigned to the Family Division are: Rhonda Lee Daniele, Emanuel A. Bertin, Stephen Barrett, Kelly C. Wall, Patricia E. Coonahan, Gail A. Weilheimer and Steven C. Tolliver.

The Judges currently assigned to the Orphans Court Division are: Stanley R. Ott and Lois E. Murphy.

The Judge currently assigned to the Juvenile Division is Joseph A. Smyth.

The Judges who are currently serving as Senior Judges are: William T. Nicholas, S. Gerald Corso, Calvin S. Drayer, Jr., Kent H. Albright and Arthur R. Tilson.
