I recently came across two articles reporting that home construction is on the rise. The second article was in the Delaware News Journal and indicated that builders broke ground in January on the most U.S. single-family homes in more than four years and permits for future construction rose (a copy of the News Journal article can be found here: Work Begins On Most Single-Family Homes In Four Years).
As builders, contractors, subcontractors and materialmen, are these articles a true depiction of the state of the industry? Do they reflect the state of the industry in the greater Delaware Valley?
