With New York City now treating its first Ebola patient, retail business owners and restaurant managers are left to fret over their liability to employees and customers if a worker from the hospital treating the patient came into the shop or restaurant. 

"I've gotten a half-dozen calls in the past 10 days about Ebola," said Carolyn Richmond. "Right now there is a lot of concern about guests and employees, and who is liable for what."
