On the heels of its victory over the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") in the Supreme Court, which held that EPA has authority to regulate greenhouse gases ("GHG") under the Clean Air Act, Massachusetts is taking new steps to address GHGs, and their impact on climate change.
