On November 16, 2018, a Regulation amending the founding
Regulation of the EBA was published in the Official Journal of the
European Union. The Amending Regulation amends the EBA Regulation
to change the seat of the EBA from London to Paris.
The Amending Regulation enters into force on November 16, 2018
and will take effect on March 30, 2019. The Amending Regulation
(EU) 2018/1717 is available at:
