On July 9, the European Network and Information Security Agency
("ENISA") published its annual report detailing significant security
incidents in 2017 affecting the European electronic communications
sector. The incidents are reported to ENISA and the European
Commission, pursuant to Article 13a of the 2009/140/EC Framework
Directive, by the National Regulatory Authorities of the EU Member
States.
