On May 31, 2018, the Bank of England announced the appointment
of Bradley Fried as Chair of the Court of the BoE, replacing Sir
Anthony Habgood, as of July 1, 2018. The Court is the BoE's
governing body that manages its affairs except for the formulation
of monetary policy. In addition, the BoE announced the appointment
of Diana Noble and Anne Glover as non-executive directors to the
Court and that Tim Frost had rotated off the Court, each as of May
31, 2018.
