On November 29, 2017, the Article 29 Working
Party adopted two Working Documents (source document
requires sign-in) on binding corporate rules for controllers and
processors. The documents aim to facilitate the use of binding
corporate rules by corporate groups engaged in a joint economic
activity for international transfers from organizations established
in the European Union to organizations within the same group
established outside the European Union.
