The MCA vide a notification dated July 27, 2017 has notified
Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2017 to further
amend the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014. The amendments
relate to provisions regarding change of registered office within
the same State, or change of registered office from one State or
Union Territory to another State or Union Territory.
