In our e-update on 18th January 2008, we told you about the changes coming into force on 29th February 2008 which will see a much stricter penalty scheme for employing illegal workers. In this regard, we also informed you of two new Codes of Practice which have been issued by the Border & Immigration Agency, which also come into effect on 29th February 2008.
Unfortunately, it appears that the BIA updated their website after our e-update was prepared and changes were made to where documents were stored, meaning that the links on our previous e-update no longer worked correctly.
