Ladbrokes and Gala Coral about to tie up a £2.3bn merger, it
is a fair punt to say that the gaming sector is consolidating.
However, William Hill bucked the trend by rejecting the latest
joint takeover bid of over £3bn from rivals 888 and Rank.
