The Office of Government Commerce (OGC) is currently consulting on the implementation of new procurement rules in the UK. These rules will govern how NHS bodies run their procurement exercises. In particular they set out detailed rules for the running of framework agreements.

The Association of British Healthcare Industries (ABHI) and CMS Cameron McKenna LLP would like to gather comments from suppliers to the NHS in order to communicate the main concerns back to the OGC.
