DECC Release Draft Renewables Obligation Order 2012 And Impact Assessment On Banding Review Consultation

Following the release by DECC on 20 October 2011 of the
consultation on the banding review for the Renewables Obligation to
come into effect from 1 April 2013 (1 April 2014 for offshore
wind), yesterday DECC released the proposed draft Order and also an
impact assessment on the consultation proposals. The draft Order
outlines the proposed changes currently under consultation and the
impact assessment illustrates the policy objectives and intended
effects behind the same.
