SEC Proposes CEO Pay Ratio Disclosure
On September 18, 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proposed to amend Item 402 of Regulation S-K to require issuers to disclose the ratio of the annual total compensation of the issuer’s CEO to the median annual total compensation of all of the issuer’s employees.
