On 30th March 2012, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation & Development (‘OECD’) released its report evaluating the UK Bribery Act 2010 (‘the Act’) and its enforcement of the Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions (‘the Convention’).
